 Andrew has over 13 years experience across health and social care and third sector where he has developed into an experienced programme manager. Andrew has a strong passion for service innovation and improvement and understands the benefits these aspects can offer the Advanced Therapies Wales Programme.

Debbie Worthing, Advanced Therapies Wales Lead Research Nurse

Debbie brings to the ATW programme a wealth of experience of working within the NHS and academia clinical research environment. Working with the advanced  therapies programme is an opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of future health care treatments.

Nimyrah Caesar, Advanced Therapies Wales Communications Lead

Nimyrah is the lead communications resource for the Advanced Therapies Wales programme. She is responsible for developing and delivering the communications strategy across multiple channels to support ATW and its stakeholders.

Sian Millan, Advanced Therapies Wales Business Analyst 

Sian has over 20 plus years experience of working within Swansea Bay University Health Board, and has recently transitioned to NWIS as a Business Analyst supporting the advanced therapies programme. Sian has been tasked with gaining an understanding of business change needs on behalf of the programme in particular the newly CAR-T therapy ATMP.
